Game Developers Conference 2008（サンフランシスコ） において、アメリカのゲーム情報サイト1UP.comが毎年行っている式典「1UP.com AWARDS」の今年の受賞作品が発表され、ゲームロフト社の『マイトアンドマジック2』が最優秀モバイルゲーム賞を受賞いたしました。
『マイトアンドマジック2』は、世界中で熱狂的なファンを抱え、170万本の販売を記録した超本格RPGゲーム『マイトアンドマジック』の続編。ファンが期待する洗練されたRPG要素をすべて統合した初めての携帯ゲームです。改良されたクエストシステムと広大で開放的な環境により実現した魅惑的で変化に富んだゲームプレイが可能となっています。
