各チャプターでは制限時間のある挑戦やミニゲームなど、スリルいっぱいのプレイを楽しめ、最後にはスペシャルミニゲームで奇妙な上司と対決! 勝利すると昇進できるぞ。さらに「ナイツ」シリーズと同様に無数のキャラクターと会ってさまざまな人間関係を構築していくこともできる。
